INFERTILITY PROBLEMS DUE TO POLYCYSTIC OVARIES

You needed to see this patient that visited me recently, she was physically on the large size, infact she was almost three times the size of her husband and looked almost twice his age, even though she is just 27years of age. Polycystic ovaries are difficult to diagnose with regular ultrasound machines, it must be done with a transvaginal scan, though the scan can be done at anytime, but it is best in the midcycle, between day 10 and day 12 when the lady is expected to be ovulating, this will definitely confirm polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome can be acquired, that is after the lady has given birth to one or more children , her hormones can go haywire and she can develop the condition. However in most young girls and ladies they were born with it.

The cause of polycystic ovarian syndrome is not fully known, but the symptoms include irregular, low or no menstruation, no ovulation, hirsutism [development of hairs on the face and chest like a man], large body size, insulin or glucose resistance, infertility, hair loss from the head.

If a lady has two of these symptoms, she should go and be checked for polycystic ovaries. This condition is particularly bad because the lady will not be ovulating , so she cannot get pregnant, this condition is really stubborn but can be treated, though it may take time. Many ladies have been known to get pregnant after been treated, so once you notice these symptoms , please go and get good medical attention because your fertility is at risk.

I know you will say that I have not been writing for some time now. The problem is that I have been very busy, attending to so many infertility clients, travelling, attending courses and giving courses.
Though I am still choked with work but I feel I just have to spear sometime and write.
I must also send my condolence to all those that lost their lives in all the so called ‘’Boko Haram’’ violence, recent road accident in Bauchi and exploding petrol tanker at Mile 2 Lagos, I believe God will see us through.
I must tell you that we are still receiving messages from our clients that have tried the ‘’Secret Fertility System’’ and have gotten pregnant. I wish to congratulate you all.

However, I am aware that many other are yet to succeed, keep the faith strong, your time will come swiftly. In this write up , I will pick a narrow part of infertility which is less considered but very important, because if you lack it you cannot get pregnant or if you got pregnant you cannot keep it.

There is this client of ours called Clara, she had been married for over 8 years and still seeking the fruit of the womb. Progesterone is a hormone produced mainly in the ovaries by the corpus luteum (what the follicle turns into after it releases the egg). Progesterone helps prepare the uterus for the implantation of a fertilized egg. If a fertilized egg implants, progesterone then helps the uterine lining (endometrium) to maintain the pregnancy.
An adequate amount of progesterone is crucial to a woman who is trying to become pregnant. That is because, it actually prepares the uterine wall for implantation of the fertilized egg. Insufficient levels of progesterone, or if it is produced for too little time, can mean the egg cannot survive inside the hostile uterine lining. This is known as a defective or inadequate luteal phase or luteal phase defect.
If a woman has had four or five miscarriages in the first six or eight weeks of a pregnancy, this is always due to luteal phase failure. Progesterone is needed to facilitate implantation and to prevent rejection of the developing embryo or fetus.
Many ladies are seriously suffering from this condition , but because of under diagnosis the condition has not been discovered , so that she can be treated and saved from recurrent miscarriages and infertility.
When a lady is having fertility challenge it is recommended that she runs a full cocktail of fertility studies such as [1] Saline Infusion Sonography [SIS] , [2] Hysterosalpingography [HSG], [3] Hormonal Profile, [4] and Folliculometry.

He decided to look for her. He found her, she gave him some stories, he accepted the explanation but did not believe her , because she sounded different , he knew something has changed in her behaviour and comportment, he could not understand. She is pregnant for him, so nothing can really go wrong in their relationship now.
They made another arrangement to meet, she did not show up again. She continued to evade him for weeks. He became really bothered. His family noticed the worry in him, asked him, but he had no answer for them nor for himself.
He again tried to see her, no way, when he pressed more, she straightly informed him to KEEP OFF , because she is about to marry ANOTHER MAN, who is the owner of her pregnancy , and all the arrangement for her forth coming marriage ceremony had being completed.
The young man was so confused, he almost went mad, he even contemplated committing suicide.
After he recovered from himself and from a week in hospital admission, he contacted a lawyer and sued the lady, her family and the new man in her life to court. Asking the court to declare the child his after delivery.
It was a very long and tedious court case , that cost all the families lots of money.
This situation may not arise if the young man had just waited till the lady delivers and just underwent a simple DNA Paternity Test to prove that the baby was his.

DNA PATERNITY TESTING

Parental /Paternity Testing is the use of genetic fingerprinting to determine whether two individuals have a biological parent-child relationship. A paternity test establishes genetic proof whether a man is the biological father of an individual, and a maternity test establishes whether a woman is the biological mother of an individual. Though genetic testing is the most reliable standard, older methods also exist including ABO blood group typing, analysis of various other proteins and enzymes, or using human leukocyte antigen antigens. The current techniques for paternal testing are using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism.DNA testing is currently the most advanced and accurate technology to determine parentage. In a DNA parentage test, the probability of parentage is 0% when the alleged parent is not biologically related to the child and the probability of paternity typically greater than 99.9% when the alleged parent is biologically related to the child.

[1] DNA Paternity test is very accurate, and will yield results that indicate either a probability of paternity greater than 90% [inclusion] or 0% [exclusion].

[2] Blood or cheek cells swab are used for DNA Paternity Testing.

AMENORRHEA:  NO MENSTRUATION, A SERIOUS CAUSE OF INFERTILITY

Many of you will say that I have been on break for a while, now indeed you are right, I have been very busy attending to some infertility cases at the clinic, that I have not had time to write a new article to my friends, however I have been true to my word always and answered some phone calls and emails. Infertility as you must have all discovered is really on the increase, the reason is not far fetched, nowadays because of our carrier or chase for self satisfaction and finance many of us  have been getting married in our late thirties and forties unlike our parent and grandparents who got married in their early twenties. In our thirties some of the problems faced are many which may include fibroid infertility, accumulated infections, leading to Fallopian Tubal Blockages and problems of cervical fluid toxicity affecting sperm movement and infertility, other problems are cause of hormonal disorder that can lead to irregular or no menstruation and irregular or no ovulation.

Infact the topic I simply want to write about today is irregular or no menstruation. In my over 17years of practice I have consistently seen many patients that are suffering from amenorrhea and almost 80% of them are infertile, so making amenorrhea a major cause of infertility.

Amenorrhea is the absent of menstrual period. This is a condition that is known to naturally occur to women who are 48 years and above this condition is called MENOPAUSE, however we have noted that so many younger ladies are now suffering from amenorrhea and almost all of them are infertile except about half of those that have just giving birth to a child, this relatively normal condition is called POST PARTUM AMENORRHEA. Many ladies with post partum amenorrhea are known to go back to menstrual bleeding between one months to one year and are sometimes noted to ovulation even though they do not menstruate and  can still get pregnant in that condition.

While the case of Menopause and Post Partum Amenorrhea are the only cases in nature that amenorrhea is not treated as a bad thing, other cases are bad for your fertility and must be thoroughly investigated and treated. The major cause of amenorrhea is hormonal imbalance, other can be

[1] malnutrition

[2]  Excessive bleeding which is the opposite called menorrhagia

[3] Low body weight

[4] Prolactinemia (high blood levels of prolactin, a hormone that stimulates secretion of milk from the breasts during breastfeeding)

[5] Anovulation (lack of the release of an egg)

[6] Hyperandrogenemia (high blood levels of male hormones)

[7] Polycystic ovary syndrome (hormonal disorder affecting women of reproductive age)

[8] Premature ovarian failure

[9] Anatomical abnormalities of the genital tract

[10] Intrauterine adhesions (the opposing surfaces of the uterine cavity stick together), also called Asherman’s Syndrome

[11]Imperforate hymen (a hymen in which there is no opening, the membrane completely closes off the vagina)

[12] Transverse vaginal septum (a dividing wall or membrane in the vagina)

[13] Aplasia (absence of an organ or tissue) of the vagina, the cervix, or the uterus

[14] Chronic diseases (for example, tuberculosis)

[15] Excessive weight gain or weight loss

[16] Depression or other psychiatric disorders

[17] Recreational drug abuse

[18] Psychotropic drug use (drugs prescribed to stabilize or improve mood, mental status, or behavior)

[19] Excessive stress

[20] Excessive exercise

[21] Cycle suppression with systemic hormonal contraceptive (birth control) pills

Everytime the pastor in the church speaks of grace I always see it in the spiritual form, even though I have been opportuned to have travelled to so many countries and as a frequent flyer, I have never associated this situation as related to grace.

I notice that everytime I travel, at the immigration point, I am always stopped and questioned thoroughly before being allowed to enter each of these countries, I thought it was a usual thing until I started noticing that it has something to do with the color of my skin and also the color of my passport. All those with red passport and white in color, just have an easy access with little or no questions even though they could be  poor, drunk, uneducated or even be on drugs, while I may be richer, well educated and assumed to be more responsible. This situation made it possible for me to be able to relate to the concept of grace, yes grace, which simply means getting something without working for it. These Europeans have access to all those routes without qualms because they were blessed to be born in Europe, while I get inglorious privilege of being born in a corrupt and poverty stricken Africa, so nobody expect me to be able to have a passport let alone buy a flight ticket. In fact in my recent trip to London, the immigration officer even asked me how I was able to pay for my flight ticket, the question was so embarrassing that I could not even answer the question.

Nowadays a major bulk of my prayers are related to grace and favor because, I know that it is not hard work alone that will make ways for us in our lives. Imagine this, I get a lot of infertility patients in our clinic for both diagnostic and therapeutic care, by the grace of God close to 80%  get solution to their problems, I cannot tell you wish of them will get pregnant and the one that will not get pregnant at the end of each study. In fact recently I had a client with a very terrible history, as it is with me, I will give anyone a chance until we cannot succeed, though the handwriting on the wall for this client is that of failure, no matter what we do, it was amazing to the whole team that she even got pregnant within the shortest possible time. I was so dumb founded, but got my speech back like Zachariah when I remember the word ‘grace’. So I am taking this opportunity to encourage all those couple still seeking a solution to their infertility status, that we need to pray for ‘grace’, so that God can give us a solution even though we do not deserve it.

Today I will be looking at a very important part of your organ that seriously affect your fertility that is the ‘fallopian tubes’. The Fallopian Tubes are ignored most of the time in infertility management because it show no symptoms when it has problems unlike menstruation or ovulation problems. The fallopian  tubes are two very fine tubes leading from the ovaries of a lady into her womb, it is the passage where sperm and the egg meet to cause fertilization before the embryo move again through the fallopian tubes to be implanted inside the womb to form baby. If any of these processes are disturbed in the fallopian tube, there cannot be any pregnancy, in fact if any occur in fallopian tube, it can lead to a very dangerous situation called ECTOPIC PREGNANCY.

The fallopian tubes may become blocked or damaged, preventing the egg from moving from the tube all the way to the womb and also prevent fertilization.
Causes of fallopian tube blockage or damage include:

1)    Pelvic Infection

2)    A Ruptured Appendix

3)    Surgery in the pelvis or lower abdomen

4)    A mislocated pregnancy (Ectopic) in the fallopian tubes

5)    Endometriosis

6)    Septic Abortions

7)    Fibriods

8)    Mucous plug

The Fallopian Tubes passage is almost microscopic, that means almost as thin as the human hair, so the chances of getting blocked is very high. I have seen some women who have done test of their fallopian tubes some years ago that shows that they are open, then may be for some reason have to repeat the test after one or two years only then to discover that either one or the two fallopian tubes are now blocked, this show that fallopian tubal patency can be transient, it can be open or blocked at anytime.In most case of ladies that have had previous pregnancies and are now suffering from secondary infertility, many of them are suffering from tubal blockages due to either infection or mucous plugs.

Many of you know that to test fallopian tubes, the most popular test is an x-ray test called HSG (Hysterosalpinsography) another equally popular test is called SIS (Saline Infusion Sonography). SIS is not really a test for tubal patency but an associated test because it really evaluate the endometrium, which cannot be separated from the fallopian tubes. Another study is called laparascopy, which is rarely done except in exceptional case because it is invasion (surgical) however it must be noted that it is the most accurate of all fallopian tube tests.

Can a blocked fallopian tube actually be open? The answer to that question is YES actually in 80% of cases it is easily opened without surgical intervention, 10% by surgical means and another 10% that is impossible to open.  80% is a good score, so I will concentrate on the non surgical intervention that is possible.

Since most tubal blockage are simple cases caused by mucous plug (This is where the uterine mucous secretions become abnormally thickened and create a form of artificial plug that eventually blocked the tubes and prevent the meeting of the sperm and eggs so preventing fertilization and pregnancy.

We have notice that a combined therapeutic diagnostic study like SIS and HSG will go long way to open the blocked tubes. Another diagnostic therapeutic study is called SONOHYDROTUBATION which is more like flushing the fallopian tube under ultrasound guidance.  There are also:

1)    Laparoscopic Hydrotubation

2)    Blind Hydrotubation

3)    Surgical Procedures in very difficult cases

However it must be known that in some surgical tubal patency treatment, blockage have been known to return because of associated post surgical healings leading to scars and adhesions. Fallopian tubal blockage is very serious and sometimes irrepairable.

If your case is that of  irrepairable fallopian tubal blockage or you have remained infertile even though your blocked tubes have been shown to be opened by any of the above means or others not mentioned, I will suggest you go straight and try some series of assisted reproduction like IUI and IVF.

In case of completely blocked fallopian tube with no success after opening have been attempted. Please do not waste your time, your only hope is IVF.

In my many years of practice, I have seen not one but many cases where a lady comes to the clinic for infertility, we spend so long  time testing her even when she is normal, however the husband refuses to come for any test until the lady crosses 35 years of age and now suffer  from fibroids and other hormonal problems, now she herself has now become a major cause of the infertility, when eventually the man comes for the test, we discover that he has low sperm count, if he had checked himself earlier and treatments done, the couple could have become pregnant and not fall into this situation. This must stop.

After scanning the scrotum of a male infertility patient so many years ago I was very frank with him and told him that from what I have seen, it will take a miracle for him to impregnate any women, that he should seek assisted reproductive techniques. It will look as if I was too firm, but I simply said  the truth, when he was young he had bilateral testicular torsions that was improperly treated and eventual led to the death of his testes, though before my scanning he never knew that his testes are just DEAD BALLS, they were very tiny and abnormal looking. As I am writing this article he has remained infertile with 0% sperm count.

Low sperm count also called OLIGOSPERMIA is one of the main causes of male infertility, it is considered that a man has low sperm count when he has less than 20 million spermatozoa per milliliter of ejaculate.

There are some men that are particularly prone to low sperm count, They include those that are:

[1] Being age 35 or older

[2] Smoking tobacco

[3] Abusing alcohol

[4] Using certain illegal drugs

[5] Being overweight

[6] Being underweight

[7] Having certain past or present infections

[8] Being exposed to toxins

[9] Overheating the testicles

[10] Having a prior vasectomy or vasectomy reversal

[11] Being born with a fertility disorder or having a blood relative with a fertility disorder

[12] Having certain medical conditions, including tumors and chronic illnesses

[13] Undergoing medical treatments, such as surgery or radiation for cancer

[14] Taking certain medications

[15] Bicycling for long periods, especially on a hard seat or poorly adjusted bicycle

[16] Have had a badly treated testicular torsion in the past

There are many reasons for low sperm count, but the most confirmed major reason is infection. Some infectious diseases that can lead to low sperm count are:
(a)              PROSTATITIS: This is the swelling and inflammation of the prostate gland, a walnut sized gland located directly below the bladder in men. The prostate gland produces fluid (SEMEN) that nourishes and transport sperm. Prostatitis often cause painful and difficult urination, pain in the joints, pelvic area and genitals and sometimes causes  fever like symptoms. Prostatitis can be caused by bacterial infections and  chronic prostatitis  can lead to low sperm count

(b)             EPIDIDYMITIS: This is a medical condition in which there is an inflammation of the epididymis (a curved structure at the back of the testicle in which sperm matures and is stored). This comprises gradual onset of testicular pains that can vary from mild to severe leading to the scrotum becoming red, warm and swollen. The major cause of epididymis is infection especially in sexually active men, where  Chlamydia trachomatis is the most frequent causative bacteria, other are E.coli, Niesseria Gonorrhea and staphylococcus aureus. Epididymitis is another major cause of low sperm count

(c)              ORCHITIS: This is an inflammation of one or both testicles, it is caused by bacteria, including sexually transmitted disease such as gonorrhea and Chlamydia or very resistant staphylococcus aureus. Orchitis often result from epididymis, in this case it is called epididymo-orchitis. Symptoms of orchitis are similar to those of testicular torsion, such as ejaculation of blood, hematuria (blood in urine), severe pain, visible swelling of a testicle or testicles and often the inguinal lymph modes in the affected side. Orchitis is a major cause of low sperm count.

STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS AND LOW SPERM COUNT

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is a bacterial infection that is highly resistant to some antibiotics. Staphylococcus aureus  is a common type of bacteria that normally live on the skin and sometimes in the nasal passages of healthy people.

MRSA refers to Staph. aureus strains that do not respond to some of the antibiotics used to treat staph infections. The bacteria can cause infection when they enter the body through a cut, sore, catheter, or breathing tube. The infection can be minor and local (for example, a pimple), or more serious (involving the heart, lung, blood, or bone).Serious staph infections are more common in people with weak immune systems. This includes patients in hospitals and long-term care facilities and those receiving kidney dialysis.

Though staphylococcus aureus is not a venereal disease like Chlamydia or gonorrhea, but have been found in the laboratory samples of patients with low sperm count, indicating that they are also a cause of low sperm count especially in chronic stage. So like any other bacteria infection thorough treatment is necessary.

TESTS FOR LOW SPERM COUNT.

When a man suffers low sperm count or infertility, he must initially undergo series of  tests such as:
A)              Seminal Fluid Analysis and Culture (SFA)
B)               Urine m/c/s
C)               Full Blood Count
D)              Test to screen for Chlamydia
E)               Scrotal testicular ultrasound scan
F)                Hormonal profile test
TREATMENTS

a.     ANTIBIOTICS: If the infected is caused by bacteria (in the case of gonorrhea or Chlamydia, sexual partner must also be treated) even in case of staphylococcus aureus.

b.     SPERM BOOSTERS: After treating infection. It does not mean that the sperm count will improve, so the sperm count has to be worked on to the improved them.

In cases of chronic low sperm count and persisting infertility, 2 or 3 attempts of assisted pregnancy techniques like Sperm Washing and IUI must be tried. Sperm washing and IUI is a very good treatment for low sperm count, because during process of sperm washing, the sperm count is artificially concentrated and improved to normal count and then the washed sperms are injected into the female womb, hoping it will lead to pregnancy.

SPIRITUAL INSIGHT INTO INFERTILITY

Most of the time I like to remain secular in things of religion and medical practice.  Maybe I was inspired more to write on it because of my last Friday’s attendance of a super praise night at the church were I must confess the sprit really moved me big time.

In my over 17years of practice I have been hearing many stories from my clients about the effect of evil forces on their fertility, and how it can be causing them the lose of many pregnancies or have left them impotent.

Recently a very close friend of mine who is a consultant in medicine for over a decade had a serious heart condition that almost cost him his life, he is not one  to  believe so much in spiritual matters, until the condition got out of hand, he was advised by family members to seek spiritual help. It was after consulting a minister, and was offered prayers, before his condition was adequately diagnosed in India and he went through a successful surgery.

Many of us who have spent most of our lives as born again christians and have always been under the protection of God have taken the attacks of the evil ones and his agents for granted. I gave my life to God in the early 1990’s and have remained a believer since then, though I have fought many battles since then and overcame through the Grace of God. So I always believe everyone should be able to overcome and that the effects of the evil one and his agents should be null and void, but of course I am wrong, because a lot of people are really under these attacks especially in area of fertility, it is very serious.

Recently I had this very good client of mine who have been suffering from infertility for a long time, she is just in her early forties and her menstrual periods have stopped for over 2 years now. I have attended to this type of cases many times but I have never thought of any spiritual explanations to it, until she gave me this story, she told me that her menses had been coming normally until one day she slept and had a terrible dream, where two women were pouring out her kegs of oil until they emptied it out, She woke up that morning to have the heaviest and longest menstruation of her life. After that she stopped seeing her periods for almost two years (menopause), imagine that, naturally as believer we know the interpretation of that dream, simple, she has been attacked by witches.

I have this male patient who has been suffering from low sperm count and infertility for donkey years, where we had to treat him recently by sperm washing. He also told me a story. He informed me that he had a dream or vision, where he saw an old  lady with an old calabash or earthen vessel, and he was made to ejaculate and pour his sperms [semen] into the calabash, since then he had been suffering from low sperm count all these years that even led him to surgery.

Imagine these stories. I believe you must have many stories of your own, anyway I am the one telling it, and I am in a privileged position to hear many.The ones that I have been told that are so many are the ones of miscarriages, the stories on that have been different. Some say that after becoming pregnant, they have seen either a horned goat or cow running into their abdomen in the dream  and they woke up to find out that they are bleeding, others see red cloths, others found themselves in a meeting where someone surgically removed the baby.
In fact the stories and dreams are so many that if I had to write them all, they will fill out all the space, however I will tell you one more.

A certain lady who had been suffering from infertility for many years told her own dream and vision as this, that she was sleeping and an old woman came, put her hands into her lower abdomen, just like hot knives slicing through butter and took out her womb, after many trials she found out she could not get pregnant, she visited so many doctors and was tested numerously, all the tests confirm that she and her husband are okay but the infertility condition remained.

Somehow all these stories to a logical mind might look like either fabrications or self denial of one’s condition, but as a believer I believe there is some truth in them and they have some negative effects on those that had them by physically causing them infertility, low sperm count, miscarriages, difficulties In deliveries, fibroids, no ovulation and unnecessary surgeries that leads to no where.

As a medical practitioner and also a believer, I believe everyone must be in the middle and do not have to over spiritualize issues and also do not under spiritualize them. I have had many couples who are suffering from infertility that told me they believe their condition is spiritual and have given up taken treatment or seeking medical help and have turn rather to fasting and prayer and so called waiting on God.

I have always pointed out to them anytime I meet them, that just fasting and prayer, staying at home will not help them, they must seek medical help because God himself created the medical practitioners to help them, ignoring them is also disobedience to God and will lead to unpalatable consequences, many believe so much in their pastors and almost take them as their medical advisers, this is very dangerous, the bible says give to God what belong to God and to Caesar what belong to Caesar. This is simple, leave the spiritual part of your problem to your pastor to handle and also at the same time seek medical help continually for your problems to be solved. Do not just go one way,  it is very dangerous, I have seen many women in my years of practice that ended up  losing their fertility , their pregnancy, or  their lives because of such fanatical believe on their pastors, who always advised them not to seek medical help because he will pray for them and God will heal them.

As many as I can I always give them this illustration, that if they have a piece of cloth that need to be sown into a gown, skirt, blouse or coat and they do not have any money or they believe they are so spiritual, why do they not take the piece of cloth to their pastor or man of God to fast and pray that the piece of cloth should turn to sown skirt and blouse. Rather they take it straight to a fashion designer or tailor, but when it comes to matters of their health they will take  it to men of God and not to a medical practitioner who is trained and specialized in such matters. This is dangerous and need to stop.  As the scripture says, prayer without work is nothing, so also seeking spiritual help for a problem without seeking medical help or ignoring medical advice is also vain and God himself will wash his hand off that problem.

I had this patient recently who has been suffering from infertility and also have large fibroids, she was weeping why me? that when her sister got married she easily got pregnant and had her children, while in her own case she suffered infertility when she got married. I informed her that medically her condition is not new, because she married in her late thirties, ovulation problems and fibroid problems including infertility are not uncommon at that age, so that problem is not really a spiritual matter. In fact many of the problems suffered latter as infertility are caused by ignorance, imagine a young lady who have done many bad abortions in her school days and the womb was badly damaged then (Though unknown to her), when she latter get married and suffer infertility, she will definitely blame it on one evil spirit or some man or woman, also imagine a man who have lived a very promiscuous life and now suffers from low sperm count, he will always blame it on something.

I will always advise any couple suffering from infertility to always fast and pray, then seriously seek medical help from qualified medical practitioners, they must undergo all the relevant medical tests and repeat them after 2 years until they get the solution, because most fertility tests I must confess are also some form of treatment,  that have really helped infertility couples to conceive.

I most also advise couples that are married for more than two years to also try 2 or 3 cycles of assisted pregnancy techniques like, Sperm washing with IUI, it could just do it.

Finally give your life to God

Do not glorify Satan

Have faith and believe that you are healed and expect your miracle.

I have heard many infertility patients telling me that they have stopped trying and are now waiting for God’s miracle, that is foolishness, if you have a business that is not moving do you pray and stay at home and expect the business to succeed. How do you think God feels when you pray and fail to do nothing. Your chance of succeeding is slim. So act now and do what is right.
